Na preparação do Atum Santa Cartarina é somente utilizado o melhor peixe do mar Açoreano. A arte de pesca de 'Salto e Vara' praticada pelos barco da Conserveira Santa Catarina é considerada amiga do ambiente e desde 1998 que detém o Certificado 'Dolfin Safe'.

 

In preparing its canned tuna "Santa Catarina Factory" only uses top quality fish caught on the Azorean sea. The art of Pole and Line fishing practiced by the "Santa Catarina Factory" tuna boats is considered environmentally friendly and since 1998 that has a 'Dolfin Safe' Certificate.
